Mr. Bailey has been selected to participate 3 times in this time honored ceremony. RBC is proud to honor the fallen soldiers who paid the ultimate price to protect the freedom of the United States. Eastern Illinois University Commencement Address

Mr. Bailey was honored to be selected to provide the commencement address at his Alma Mater, Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois at the December 2006 commencement. During his address Mr. Bailey ask the students to try and provide the kind of integrity and dedication to their lives, families, communities and country as retiring President Mr. Lou Hencken. All graduating students were gifted a “Be Like Lou” button with the EIU logo.

Mr. Bailey’s has served his community throughout this career.He served on the Phoenix area Board of Valley Big Brothers Big Sisters and most recently served his Paradise Valley, AZ community as the Volunteers Programs Administrator for all volunteer programs in the town.
